The new Euro VI Bus range: the launch training event

Turin’s Fiat Industrial Village hosted a training event for the launch of Iveco’s new Euro VI Coach and Bus range. The event was organized by Commercial Training and took place from 16 – 19 April with the aim of providing a comprehensive overview regarding future challenges and a renewed approach to the market.

The commercial training activities involved the entire sales workforce and a significant participation on behalf of after-sales employees for a total of 400 participants from France, Italy, Spain, Benelux, Germany, North Europe and Central Europe.

The dedicated training sessions with Bus Product Managers allowed for an in-depth assessment of the new products regarding the latest features from the City, Intercity and Coach ranges. Great attention was also given to the new Euro VI engines and the production processes with a visit to FPT Industrial’s NEF plant to see where the Tector 7 engine is manufactured.

Pierre Lahutte, Head of Iveco Bus Product Management and Adrian Pipe, EMEA Responsible for Product Support, acknowledged the strong team spirit that characterized the event, emphasizing the common values between the world of Iveco Bus and Fiat Industrial.

The customer was the main protagonist when presenting the latest innovations which the company has invested great commitment into. This was confirmed by Iveco Brand President Lorenzo Sistino, who was able to share in this important training occasion with the participating personnel.
